DEPOSIT

If the Event(s) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the Client, the deposit is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to the Photographer. The Client shall also be responsible for payment for any of the Photographer’s materials charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. A 50% deposit is due on signing this agreement, with the balance of the amount agreed due on the day of the shooting.

UNEDITED PHOTOS/PHOTO

The Photographer is not liable to deliver every image taken at the Event. The unretouched Photographs do not reflect the quality of his work. The Client confirms that the Photographer reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any unretouched photographs. The Client agrees not to capture, save, share, reproduce, or post any of the unretouched photographs on any platform/medium. All outtakes and unedited photos are the property of the Photographer. I will charge $100 for every 200 unedited photographs.

Session Schedule

The Client agrees to confirm the schedule 48-hours prior to the Event(s). Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from the Photographer by the Client.

The Photographer’s shooting schedule, style of working and experience are designed to achieve a great set of event photos for the Clients, accomplished with good humor and enjoyed by all concerned. Both the Clients and the Photographers therefore agree that punctuality and cheerful cooperation are essential to producing outstanding photographic results. In cases where the event does not run on time (for example, extreme lateness by one of the Client(s) arriving to the event(s) location), the photographer cannot guarantee to take his normal set of photos although in such circumstances he will do his absolute best to compensate.
